This first edition of “Rongali Music Awards” aims to celebrate the essence of music and honor the talented music creators. The highlight of the event will be the presentation of the prestigious “Rongali Lifetime Achievement Award” to a legendary Assamese singer. Additionally, a panel of esteemed jury will be tasked with selecting winners in various categories such as “Best Playback Singer Male” and “Best Playback Singer Female”, “Best Lyricist”, “Best Music Director”, and others. The “Most Popular Song of The Year” will be determined through public voting.
